Findest automatically files email attachments into Google Drive, OneDrive, or
Dropbox. An AI reads each attachment in full and files it according to
plain-language rules the user writes.

All prices are in euros and **VAT inclusive** — the listed amount is what the
customer pays. Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of
record and remits VAT.

## What counts against the limits

Only **documents archived** count against the monthly file limit. Emails
scanned do not count, and there is no cap on how many messages Findest reads.
There is no limit on the number of connected mailboxes on Pro or Business.

## What is not limited by plan

- Number of cloud accounts connected (Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox) — all plans.
- Retention of the archived history — there is no automatic deletion on any
  plan, including Free.
- Supported attachment formats — PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, TXT, CSV, up to
  25 MB each, on all plans. Attachments under 3 KB are skipped, which filters
  out signature images and logos.

- Upgrades and downgrades: self-service from the app
- Cancellation: takes effect at the end of the paid period, not immediately.
  Service continues until then, and the cancellation can be undone before it
  applies.
