Findest is a SaaS service that automatically detects, classifies and files PDF attachments in Gmail emails using artificial intelligence, and stores them in cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive according to the rules defined by the user.
Use of Findest implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
To use Findest you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
By registering, you guarantee that the data provided is accurate and that you have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your legal guardian.
Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account.
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Findest acts as data processor with respect to the content of processed documents. We do not store the content of your PDFs on our servers — they are processed in transit and sent directly to your cloud.
We strive to keep Findest available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates or force majeure events, notifying you in advance whenever possible.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Upon cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel accounts that breach these terms, without right to a refund in the event of a serious breach.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findest will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Findest’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 3 months prior to the event causing the damage.
Findest is not responsible for failures in third-party services (Google, Dropbox, Airtable, etc.) that affect the functioning of the service.
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of [OWNER’S CITY], unless consumer regulations establish another jurisdiction.
