Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of service

Findest is a SaaS service that automatically detects, classifies and files PDF attachments in Gmail emails using artificial intelligence, and stores them in cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive according to the rules defined by the user.

Use of Findest implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

2. Registration and account

To use Findest you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions taken under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

By registering, you guarantee that the data provided is accurate and that you have legal capacity to accept these terms. If you are under 18, you need the consent of your legal guardian.

3. Plans and payments

• Free plan: up to 500 files per month, free, no credit card.
• Pro plan: unlimited files, advanced features, monthly or annual payment.
• Business plan: everything in Pro plus team features.

Payments are processed through LemonSqueezy. Prices include VAT where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

4. Acceptable use

The following is expressly prohibited:

• Using Findest to process third-party documents without their consent.
• Attempting to access other accounts or the system in an unauthorised manner.
• Deliberately overloading the system or performing mass scraping.
• Using the service for illegal purposes or in violation of third-party rights.
• Reselling or sublicensing access to the service without written authorisation.

Breach of these conditions may result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the account.

5. Data and privacy

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Findest acts as data processor with respect to the content of processed documents. We do not store the content of your PDFs on our servers — they are processed in transit and sent directly to your cloud.

6. Service availability

We strive to keep Findest available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% availability. We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, updates or force majeure events, notifying you in advance whenever possible.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access until the end of the billing period.
• You will automatically switch to the Free plan when the period expires.
• Your data will be retained for 3 years as per our privacy policy, after which it will be deleted.

We reserve the right to cancel accounts that breach these terms, without right to a refund in the event of a serious breach.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Findest will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Findest’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 3 months prior to the event causing the damage.

Findest is not responsible for failures in third-party services (Google, Dropbox, Airtable, etc.) that affect the functioning of the service.

9. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 15 days in advance of material changes. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts of [OWNER’S CITY], unless consumer regulations establish another jurisdiction.
