Who is Findest Teams for?
For a company where several people receive documents by email and want them filed by the same rules, and for accounting firms whose clients connect their own mailbox. The team is created when you subscribe, and the owner pays one subscription for everyone.
Do my colleagues share a mailbox?
No. Each person connects their own mailbox, and nobody reads anyone else's inbox. What the team shares are the rules, the cloud destinations and the folders, so a document ends up in the same place whoever received it.
What can each access profile do?
Admin, manager and read-only are ready-made combinations of five permissions: manage rules, delete documents, manage cloud connections, invite members and view the activity log. The owner has all of them, and you can adjust the permissions of any member one by one.
Is the review inbox switched on by default?
No. It is off until the team turns it on, and then it applies to documents that match no rule or that the AI reads with confidence below the team's threshold, 0.60 unless you change it. Only people who can manage rules see the inbox. With it off, Findest works exactly as before.
What does the month-end CSV contain?
One row per filed document in the period you choose: issuer, date, type, final file name and a link to the file in your cloud, plus the client's name when it comes from a firm. It is a list, not a ZIP: the files stay in your own folders.
Is the Monday summary sent every week?
Only when there was something to report: documents filed, failures, documents waiting for review or mailboxes that need reconnecting. A completely quiet week sends nothing. You choose the recipients and can switch it off.
How do the limits work?
People and clients are separate limits. Teams Starter allows 5 people and 15 clients, Teams 15 people and 50 clients, and Teams Plus 40 people and unlimited clients. A client counts once their mailbox is connected, not while they are only invited.
What does a client of an accounting firm see?
Only their own documents. A client cannot create rules, cannot see other clients: the firm's rules apply to all of them, and each client's documents go to their own subfolder. This isolation is enforced in the database, not just in the interface.
Does the 303 alert work outside Spain?
The deadline it counts down to is Spain's quarterly VAT return, modelo 303, so the traffic light is built for Spanish firms. Everything else on this page, from shared rules to the review inbox and the CSV, works the same anywhere.
